Andrej Kotljarchuk (born 1968, Soviet Union) is a Swedish historian of Belarusian descent. His research focuses on ethnic minorities and role of experts’ communities, mass violence and the politics of memory. Kotljarchuk holds a PhD degree in history from Stockholm University (2006) and a candidate of historical science degree from the Russian Academy of Sciences (1999).
